Center For Policy Research and System Dynamics Society

Roberta Spencer with Co-Authors Kathleen Lusk Brooke and Frank P. Davidson at Rockefeller College.

On April 26, 2006, the co-authors gave a presentation to the Center for Policy Research and the System Dynamics Society when members of the two groups gathered for the legendary "Thursday Lunch" series at Rockefeller College, University at Albany. The Center for Policy Research was formally established in September 1987. The Center promotes, encourages, and supports significant policy-related research of both fundamental and applied character. Research focusing on issues at all levels of government (international, national, state, regional, and local) is encouraged.
